my given rehearsal task was to work as the stage manager and make sure that i take care of the script and annotate important and useful things on the script.i make sure the exits and entrances are clear and the script is well detailed with useful information. when we had a production meeting it helped me understand the key things i needed to do because i was able to discuss with the team about what needed to be done, they verified the exits and entrances and merging of transitions. on this day we worked on the train sequence and tighten up some parts of  it and then we changed some parts with the help of our teacher.

We where given individual task to help with the deviced piece, i was the stage manager/ script editor and James was the rehearsal time manager which meant that he had to make a rehearsal schedule, below is a copy of the schedule ; As a group we decided what part of the piece we wanted to work on and what we really needed to focus on the most during rehearsal. on Tuesday the 8th of may we had three hours of rehearsal and for the first hour we worked on the train sequence and figured out the eight counts we did this by going over the counts so that everyone understand it we then implemented our individual eight counts move to the ensemble count to make it work. in this rehearsal we struggled a bit because we didn't like the way the scene was looking even though everything was in sync so we decided that there was no precision in the movements, so we made it robotic like and added the sound and it was so much better. so we decided to keep rehearsing it the way we made it at the en
